Dulce de leche ~

Saya nak try buat benda ini Dulce de leche..kalau tak silap dulu cadbury ada mengeluarkan gula-gula berperisa ini dan saya pasti waktu saya kecil amat menyukai , but as the time past ,i realised i don't have much sweet tooth anymore..but then the remincises of the past makes me happy.

Mesti ada yang tertanya Dulce de leche ?

Ia adalah susu manis yang telah melalui proses pemanasan sehingga berubah menjadi karamel . Jadi rasanya sudah tentu manis .

Ada berbagai cara untuk membuatnya yang boleh diperolehi di internet , but i think i'll stick to the steam bath in the oven..the idea of putting a can of condensed milk on the stove ..its a bit no-no for me..ada yang kata kalau tak jaga betul-betul boleh meletup !!!

i 'll follow this method if i the future i intend to make it..senang pakai oven je.
